The year of standing strong

This year was definitely one that came with its high's and low's but speaking to different people I was able to see that as human beings we are definitely more resilient than we give ourselves credit for and also stronger together. From seeing how having an entrepreneurial mindset can help to navigate through different life situations, to understanding what is needed within the coorperate space to be successful, the gems helped me and i'm sure also other people that took a read.

It was clear to see that everything that happened in the lives of the amazing people that got to speak to was not a mistake but a lesson learnt for future growth.

This year as a Christian I also wanted to get more into Faith and find out how this had helped people from different walks of life & one that I really like was from the conversation Ask & you shall receive. It reads:

James 1:2-4

2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Helping to see that through trials and testing God could put you through, the end of it produces maturity and endurance, becoming a more rounded person. As someone who often shy's away from things that make feel uncomfortable this showed me the importance of trials to make a stronger person for self and others in a world that is constantly changing.

I feel like 2026 will be the year were many leaders stand up for what is right and not what is Easy!
